Nice Macro lens, Optics have some slight coating blemishes on the front element, NOT scratches and should not affect the Image at all.
Other than the coating blemishes, this lens is in MINT condition. Rubber focus grips are intact and in much better condition than typically found on Kilfitt lenses of this age.
